The Cleric's Keep is an independent Illustration, Publishing, and Artisan Woodworking studio dedicated to preserving the richness of traditional storytelling across both visual and handcrafted mediums. Blending both modern and classical techniques with finely honed craftsmanship. Our goal is to create original works for both professionals and individuals that emphasize timeless narratives, spiritual themes, and meaningful personal expression.Our creative services span a wide range of disciplines from Digital illustration, story writing, and print development. In addition to our publishing and visual arts offerings, we provide specialized woodworking services that include bespoke mementos, wood-burned artwork and other expanding wood working services.

TERMS OF SERVICES - PLEASE READ!
PROCESS
- You will be contacted within 30 days of your request
- Provide reference files or images for character.
- Drafts will be provided for each process step.
Rough sketch > Lineart > Rendering (Color or B&W)
- 2 Revisions will be provided for each process step. Repeated revisions will cost extra.
- Finished work will be sent in a downloadable ZIP file. Layered or PSD files can be available upon request.PAYMENT
- Currently only accepting Payment digitally through PAYPAL
- PAYPAL FEE will be added from initial price (3.49% + 0.49, Domestic)
- Full payment will be requested upon confirmation and agreement of the initial rough draft.
- Additional fees for complex designs will be determined by artist. (Range of 10-30% cost increase is possible.)
- If the commission is not completed within 60 days after payment, a full refund will be provided upon request on all normal commissions. (No refunds in all other cases.)GUIDELINES
1. No NSFW or offensive content. I hold the right to refuse any request if I don't agree with the subject matter.2. IF YOUR REQUEST DOES NOT INCLUDE A COMPLETED CHARACTER DESIGN/ REFERENCE OR IS ONLY IN WRITING,There will be an additional fee for creative license. (I. E; Ideas that need to be pieced together and conceptualize myself). This Additional Fee is determined upon review of request.3. Depending on the complexity of the requested piece, commission prices CAN exceed the normal set price for that option. Requesting multiple characters, complex backgrounds, poses or highly detailed designs (mecha/robots, elaborate armor, clothing, and markings) ALL fall under this category. If your request contains any of these, expect a raise in costs.5. Proper credit on social media posts, if any, is expected and greatly appreciated.
